I have been the usual yo-yo dieter all my life always putting back on more weight than I lost. I suffered from a herniated disc a few years back and could hardly move so the weight just piled on ,now I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my spine and I think I have it in my hips as well so its time to do something about my weight as being lighter should help to reduce my pain levels. I have been doing my version of the 5:2 diet and have had some success,
