I should have posted a picture of tonight's dinner as it was pretty good. I'm getting very handy with the air fryer and now I even prefer air fryer potatoes and chicken wings to the deep fried version. It's so much lighter on the stomach so no bloated heavy feeling. Well I'm going for tumor biopsy this week so trying my best to control wine consumption. very scared. So I have not been posting much.

OK I'm weighing in on my scale after returning from Thailand. I knew extreme fasting and raw vegan dieting could not reflect real weight because elecyrrolytes will be out of balance. But so far maintaining a four kilo decrease and healthy blood pressure without medication. I really need to keep using this app to control my binge drinking and binge eating regression. I find this app is very helpful. it says to me ... you have had enough.

I have no idea how many calories were consuned at last night banquet maybe 3500. Taiwan bando banquet for Goddess of Sea Mastu. Crazy eating and drinking event.

Full Moon buffet dinner at koh phangan thailand ... squid and salad. It is second helping. Hmmmm maybe more fasting coming up😁😊😀
