Me 65 yr old in apr. Diabetic,hypertensive on jan1,14 weighed 273, this morning (3-19) 250.0 problem is I did NOT change anything from eating habits to eating quantities. Asked dr to send me to dietician, went yesterday and will be on a carb limited diet. Semi sedentary,at home my work is physical though. Just bought a pedometer/watch/calorie counter also a pair of walking shoes so having spent the $$$ am now committed to something. Wishfully my goal will be - 20 lbs I am 6'4" tall & strong
