8:09am: fasted 12 hours. Unfortunately I succumbed to mindless eating last night. Husband was in kitchen watching tv. I came in and just ate non-stop. Crazy since I ate so we'll all day. Immediately after I was upset. Need to avoid the kitchen when I get home. Need to come up with ways to stop eating when mindlessly eating.

12:20pm: ate one slim fast bar. Feeling full. Coworker told me that giving up wheat was really good for her. Contacted husband and told him I think we should stop eating wheat. Going to have my next meal at 3:05pm. It will be another slim fast bar. Not eating after 6.

7am entry: Goal is 1200 calories today. Breaking 12 hour fast with a coffee and slim fast bar. Not eating till noon, one more slim fast bar.
