Hello All,
I feel really good. Although I haven't lost that much weight the last couple of weeks. I've been working out and I feel energized. I know that I'll start to lose a lot more weight soon, you just have to push through these times where the scales doesn't move as much as you think it should. I hope you all are doing well.

Feeling Great!
I now weigh 231 lbs down 46 lbs (277). I never thought it would happen and now I know that I will go all the way to my goal. Weight Watchers has really changed my life. It's taught me how to eat in a heathly way and not go unsatified while doing it. You can do it, just believer in yourself.

I am stil really proud of myself. I feel great, I have so much more energy than I did at 277. I exercising 6 day a week. What's funny is I usually look forward to the exercise but the days when I just don't feel like it I say to myself, Paula get your but out there a sweat you'll be happy after you finish and I DO!! I want to give myselt a Christmas present this year. I will reach 239 by Christmas Day.
