I know it is odd, but I wish that sex was an exercise that yolu can add in the activities. If your doing it right then it is getting your body moving, heart pumping, and over all body rocking workout. Not to mention the flexability from sex. I have found that I am having to look a lot of things up on google and making them work for the burn and durration that I am doing them. Since sex and most of the P90X workout items are not in the data base I am having to improvise. This gives me an inaccurate count of burn. Well I am going to shower and get my shoveling on. TTYL!

I have to push my exercise to the evenings instead of the mornings due to money issues. I need money and the only time to clean houses is in the day. I sure hope that these houses and my working out don't get me too far behind on my personal house hold issues. Hoping to get everything done, but worried I can't do it all.

Days 1 and 2 are in the past, but I am not without pain from them. Lots of water, a banana, and a liquid aleve adn I should be fine. Just have to pace myself and remember that "Pain is weakness leaving the body". Down a pound and hope to keep going down a pound every 2 days from now on.

Today is day 2 and I am feeling it in my arms. I am doing the ab ripper and the polymetrics since I didn't get to the ab ripper yesterday. First it is the treadmill. I had a "healthy" breakfast that ate more calories than I would have ever thought.
I need to make my dinner a smaller calorie meal and my Lunch my biggest meal of the day. Adding everything up is showing me my past errors. I sure have missed this site :)
