Solved my salad problem. My hubby made me some homemade dressing with lemon juice, a little oil, and spices and it is DELICIOUS. Also discovered that while I don't like lemon juice on my fruit salad, a splash of orange juice makes strawberries and bananas taste great! :D

Now that I'm back to counting calories, I'm becoming super-aware of content and not just quantity. Eating a salad is a very small victory if there is Italian dressing drizzled all over it :(
Need to get to the store and buy some yogurt so that I can get back to my yogurt, fruit, and a bit of granola snacks. Much better for me than crackers and cheese considering how much I'll eat of it.
Need to find a good 'next to the computer' snack as I intend to log a lot of hours on Blizzard, June - August. It's gonna be way too hot to make 'hand crafts' which usually keep my hands too busy for food.
Read online that artificial sweeteners can significantly reduce weight loss (I guess you're liver is too busy trying to filter out all the non-food), so I'm going to make an effort to cut it out of my diet since I haven't lost or gained weight in about a month.
