Exercising is hard. Especially now that I'm back to working two jobs. I've started to try and schedule it again and I've decided to think of it like working. I worked 8am - 1pm this morning and I had until 3pm before I left for my second job. I shoved down a lean tv dinner and at 2:15 went for a one mile walk. I'm trying to think of it as 'getting paid' in negative calories. Yeah I might only have time to lose 100kcals today but that's 100kcals that would have otherwise added to my arms or belly. I hope this works!

power walked for 3 miles today and yesterday :) feeling good after blowing my diet for the first 3 days of july.

July is off to a bad start. Been so busy with work and school haven't had time (literally!) to exercise and have been binge eating for the last two days. Won't have time tomorrow or monday either :( I want to see green arrows on my diet calendar!!!
