Had quite a good weekend, I treated myself to a bake well tart which was nice. Friday was a bit naughty, ate out twice but looked up the calories before I went which helped me manage it a bit.
Looking forward to a new week - although not a great start, forgot my gym kit!

The changes the personal trainer suggested really worked. My biggest weight loss yet and I haven't had the best food week (started with a BBQ Pulled pork sandwich on Monday lunch). Really pleased! Such a relief.
Need to keep up the good work next week and over the weekend!

Feeling positive again this week.
Had my first personal training session yesterday & today I can't walk properly so it must have been good!
Going out for a curry tonight so it's going to test my will power!
Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow!

A bit disappointed with myself - only 1 lb :(
Apart from last weekend, I have worked REALLY hard this week so I was hoping for a better result.
After a quick consultation at the gym, it could be that I am not eating enough so I am in starvation mode where my body is holding onto fat.
It's so disheartening - especially when some people have lost 6lbs in a week :(
Oh well, next week is a new week!

It's all going well here so far. If my scales aren't lying to me then I have lost a couple of pounds - even on top of my awful weekend.
I've been sticking to soup for lunch which is only 50-100 cals which is good. I had a naughty couple of pieces of fudge yesterday but otherwise it is going well, I've managed to exercise everyday so far.
I am really hoping for a good result at the weigh in on friday!
