Eat as much as I want of... what?
My go-to snacks are popcorn with tabasco, egg whites, and cream of rice. Yum, cream of rice!! I mix in some chicken bouillon, and it's only 180 for a full CUP of hot filling goodness. If you're dying to feel full, eat two cups for a very reasonable 320 meal.

Prawns!!
To me, they're good any way! You could try them cold with some cocktail sauce for dipping (watch the calories in the sauce!) or my FAVORITE way to eat them, hot with grilled veggies. Just a little add a smidge of olive oil or butter (again, watch the calories) and heat them in a fry pan or on the grill. They're also delicious over pasta. Personally, I can eat prawns for any meal and in just about any state!
