I been in the roller coaster for a while I had accumulated countless amount of good information on what it works and not work. Do you lift weights
10 min warm treadmill then 1.15 min weights 5 exercises for each muscle group 10 rep 3 set heavy weight if 12 rep is reach increase weight. 10 min HIIT to finish total workout 1:30 min plus stretching.
Sun=legs, Mon= Abs/cardio (because guilty Monday everybody is in the gym and all the weights are busy) Tue=Chest, Wed=back, Thur=arms, Fri=cardio class if not happy hour has been planned Sat=cooking for the next week.
