So day 1 of backing down on the meds, only take one a day at night instead of 1 in am and 1 in pm...also, bought caffine free diet cokes...yes, I know I shouldn't be drinking diet cokes...but it's my treat...when I drink 3 waters, I get a diet coke. So anyway, I thought Id try caffine free to see if that will also help with my sleeping issues...we will see. Will keep you posted.

That's it.....im not taking those meds anymore...Im backing off all my other meds and I am NOT buying anymore peanut butter. For now. Until I get a grip on these crazy sleep eating pb cravings....But definitely cutting back on all meds..A. They are costing me too much money B. I don't like the way they don't make me feel..i.e. I don't feel any emotion any more..i can't cry like when I should... and c. I just don't think it's healthy to take in man made processed s...t.

Started on new meds and have been sleep eating again...woke up in a plate of peanut butter and apple slices glued to the front of my gown and my internet power cord..wth??!! And what is up with the sudden peanut butter craving lately? I cant seem to get enough of the stuff...I really limit the carbs. Only allowing myself the occaisional granola or energy bar..but I always get peanut butter. I've been eating pb and apple slices...and even using the reduced calorie Jif...it adds up quick. I guess I will just have to stop buying it the same way I stopped buying the Yoplait whips.
