1 week of no cheating and staying the course. 25 more to get back to my “comfortable” weight. Then pushing forward to get to goal. But I’m absolutely taking this one day at a time to keep my stress under control. 💪💪

Slowly but surely dropping back down as I slow my way back into a Keto WOE. Being at home all day with the boys snacks that I should not have has been difficult, but I am doing it. I have to do this for my health and well being. Oh, and I am feeling much better already. ☺️

I have been Wayyyyy off track since November. Gained 20lbs and held there until February. Then gained another 20 the last month alone. I’m sick of myself. Stress eating is so hard to control, but not impossible. I can do this! 💪💪💪

Getting back on track has been HARD!!! I’ve pretty much been inconsistent since a November. Gained and lost the same 30lbs from binging for 2 weeks at a time on carbs and sugar. I literally felt like crap the entire time. Ughhh. But I’m back, hitting the gym hard, drinking my water and minding my macros. Going hard for the next 90 days and will not weigh myself except once a week. Time to get it!!! 💪💪💪
