I did very well on the new "biggest loser" diet that I've been doing. I'm watching what I eat. Cutting out carbs & eating LOTS more veggies. Also cutting out the sweets. Although I have been having some BL approved desserts. I need my chocolate!
I lost 1.5 lbs by just changing what I eat & doing no exercise. So with the continued good food choices & adding in exercise, I should be shedding the pounds!

Yesterday was a great food day for me. I didnt get any exercise in, but I was in meetings all day & night. I actually didnt get to eat dinner until midnight!
I'm not feeling well today. I really just want to go home & crawl into bed & take a long nap. I might go home a little early from work & do that.

Today is the first 'official' day of my Biggest Loser meal plan. So far, I've made great choices and been full all day. However, I'm at work, so access is a little limited to what I bring. Home is where I tend to have the major problems.
Fingers crossed that I can deal when at home.

I've been stressed out & out of focus for the last few weeks. I'm finding that I have not motivation to stick with the Weight Watchers because it is too difficult for me to stick with & figure points, etc.
I broke out my Biggest Loser Cookbook & read the plan there. I'm going to attempt that. It sounds easy enough and obviously it works. Here is day 1 of it!
