I did Jillian Micheal's Shape Up- Front DVD. She completely kicked my butt. I think I'm gonna DIE!
I also did 25 additional sit ups.
My eating was pretty good today too, but I need to drink more water.

So, this week has sucked again. I knew it would, but that should have been no excuse. I should have planned better and actually eaten the salads that I brought instead of running down the road for some quick & extremely fattening foods.
I'm getting back on track. My weight reflects my poor choices & sedatry ways this week and I cannot gain anymore.

Last week sucked food wise & excerise wise, and it reflects in my weigh in this week.
Last week was extremely busy with extracurricular activities & this week will be just as bad. I'm trying to do better though- at least this week I'll be able to eat at home more.
