My goal is to do 30 minutes everyday thru Saturday.
Sunday will be my day off since I will travel for work.
HOpe to make my 7 pound weigh loss by December 31st!!!

One week in Kansas with and it all unravelled!
I will weigh in twice a week and I will manage my calories. Did i forget to mention, that i stopped working out for almost four weeks?
Self sabbotage? Yes.
Nevertheless, I will get back on to healthy habits again!!

It's been three weeks since my last workout routine. Sleepless nights, head aches...is my body telling me to get off my butt? YESSSS
Finally, well decided to hit the insanity workout. I like being challenged...modified many of the moves but i completed it! Now, i have to stick to it.
