Tips for not sabotaging your diet over the weekend?
I know for me if I am not actually doing something I eat out of boredom so I have to keep lots of snackie foods available like celery because of the crunch and I nibble on cherry tomatoes through out the day etc--things like that help take the edge off. If I have one day where I eat more than I think I should then I know that the next day I need to really be aware of everything that goes in my mouth so I don't totally sabatoge myself.

Staying on track
just keep setting a small goal of "one day at a time" and before you know it you'll get it under control.

Slim in 6 Video Series
Are you happy with this video? I have read mixed reviews and have been afraid to buy it. How long have you been doing it before you noticed results?

Hello!
Hi,
New here and trying to find exercise motivation. I have been on WW since Jan and lost 12 lbs to this point. I find the eating right and tracking to be a daily lifestyle and now that I have plateaued I have turned the motivation to exercise by walking on the elliptical daily and my goal is to do 350 minutes a week. (Rumor has it if you do this amount of time you can loose 8 lbs. in 4 weeks) so I am trying. I am more interested in loosing inches more than pounds at this point. Looking forward to getting involved here.
