I've decided that Wednesdays are gonna be a cheat day since I'm stuck away from home all day and usually end up eating McDonalds and don't get home early enough to fix a real meal.

I did really good yesterday until my boyfriend came home at 8pm with a chocolate cream pie that 1 of his students made for him. I still stayed below my calorie limit but I try not to eat anything after 7.

Thank God! The scales are finally moving in the right direction.

According to my scales I've gained 2 lbs but my pants are looser so I guess I've gained muscle.

I'm so tired of my whole body jiggling. When I do jumping jacks all of my fat rolls smack against each other and it hurts. I absolutely hate my body and I will change it!
