This might be a silly question but will I gain weight if I eat over my RDI on fruit and vegetables(bananas and potatoes not included) I've always been told u can eat as much fruit and veg as you like and be fine. If anyone knows more about this please comment:-)

New measurements:

Waist: 66cm
Hip bone: 79.5cm
Hip bottom: 84cm
Right thigh-top:50cm
-mid thigh: 46cm
-above knee: 33cm
Left thigh -top:51cm
-mid thigh:46.5cm
-above knee:33.5cm
Seeing my thigh measurements do they seem slightly odd shaped to anyone? there is a big difference between top and lower thigh does anyone know good, equipment free, home exercises good for slimming the upper, inner thighs?

Between the chocolate addicts challenge and the help I can't stop eating challenge I successfully managed to not eat junk and not overeat for 6 whole weeks! on the day after the challenge ended I did eat a whole packet of shapes but I did it and it makes me feel strong to be able to do it again! After my 2nd baby i easily lost 20kg with normal eating and exercise. It was only when I got down to losing the last 5kg that I started depriving myself of things and then started overeating on them. I think everything in moderation is the way to go but it's easier said than done!

The GOODBYE MY FRIEND no scales challenge starts in 20h! I know it is a tricky challenge as most of us, me included, are used to relying on our scales to monitor our weight loss progress. Due to my moving overseas I am without scales so forced to rely on other things to keep me on track. Thank you to everyone who has joined to go on this challenge journey with me! The posts and photos are private to challenge members only incase someone wants to post measurements and/or photos to update their progress and isn't comfortable with the whole FS world seeing it.

The chocolate Addicts challenge is completed! yay I hope everyone achieved what they were hoping to!
After a month of no junk food and more importantly , not overeating i have lost 1.5cm off my waist and 1cm off my hips!
Still sticking to my RDI for the help I can't stop eating challenge and now giving my best to the one month to lose it(thanks kwath)and 6 pounds in a month(thanks iamachristianjesusfreak) challenges! These two challenges should definitely help keep me on track!
My buddy deb_n had the great idea for me to create a no scales challenge becsuse I am without scales for a month so will create one and hope to have some people join me:-)
