Ok I definetly not been working out. I went to tallahasse for the weekend to visit my college friends and I had McD's, wendy's, whatabuger, and pizza hut. I mean they don't cook! All they eat is junk food. What an excuse right? I'm gonna go play basketball with my boyfriend tonite so hopefully that'll help get me back on track.

Haven't been doing much but the scale said I lost some more weight.

I been eating what I want but in good protions and I didn't gain back as much as I thought.

I know I gained somee of the weight back because of me getting sick. I haven't been back to the gym and I am not feeling like exercising. I rather just sit, be sick and eat whatever I want. (even though I try not to)

Feeling horrible today can't go exercising. Last night after my workout I had a horrible feeling in my stomach. I went to the doctor and got to take meds that has me feeling like crap. There goes my diet.
