It's weird, most of my life I've always had to worry about overeating. Now, I'm eating decent and exercising and I've run into the problem where I'm not eating enough to accommodate the exercise I'm doing. I can always tell when I'm not eating enough cause I get shaky, achy, cold, and weak. It's just a weird conundrum. I'm so used to restricting how much I eat cause I am a habitual overeater but now I'm not eating enough for the exercise, it's fine on the days I don't exercise but I guess I just gotta pay attention to my calories. I usually exercise at night so I should just get close to calorie cap before exercise and then eat dinner after exercise. That should work, hopefully. Will test the theory today.

Went to make scrambled eggs with turkey, ended up making turkey with scrambled eggs. XD

Hello, I'm Natasha and I got on this app to track my eating and exercise. I'm not looking to lose weight, just eat decent and exercise. I have some diet restrictions because I have non-alcoholic fatty liver so this app is to help me track that. I look forward to talking to you all. :)
