I'm 22 years old, and cant seem to lose the freshman 15 I put on 5 years ago in college... I am highly active (2-3 hrs of sports a day) HOWEVER due to an accident (where i fractured two of my vertebraes) I am now stuck at home all day- So I figured- what better time than now to lose the weight! I REALLY really want to lose it for good this time... I cant wait to lose some weight :)...
