1 is 20 push-ups and 16 is 30 leg lifts. Try to do a 30 day challenge start today and mark them off or start of May 1st. You got this. Or find another one online you like better. Remember to challenge yourself. If you want better you have to do better.

30 day fitness challenge. These helped me when I was first starting out they only take a few mins, but by the end of the month I could feel the difference in how much easier it was to do the first few and how I was able to get more done. Top says plank.
