I have been doing really well on eating:
i am sorry i have missed journaling everyday.
I appologize to all my fs buds with the bootcamp challenge for not doing so! I have been extremely tired after work all week this week, not sure why.
Need to drink more water!!!!! I AM Laying off the soda!!! Yeah mE!!!
been good as i said, food wise, feeling bloated though, do not no why????? DO YOU no why i would feel this way when i am doing the food intake well, but as i said slacking on exercise! I know its all better when i am exercise faithfull.
I just want to sleep after i get home,(i get up at 4am) I make supper and clean up, do a load of wash or two, and i am just ready for bed, i have been slacking on my exercise and i am so sorry.I will try to get better at that starting tomorrow ,i am off sat & sun, thank goodness.
I will try harder tomorrow, i am beat now, i will now finally eat suppper, it 643pm. and thats that for my eve.
Have a great weekend all.
WE are due to get a snowstorm in the wee hours sat. through out the day. I will get out with the dog and we will walk.
good exercise for both of us.

My day one of atkins-induction.............
also all my challenges

I am gonna make it all happen!!! I almost "gave up" totally ...
yesterday allready before i even started. Husband got word he will get laid off in 2 weeks, job is closing down.Then my MOM whom has been sick all of 08......went back to the hospital !! OH MY GOODNESS,I just wanted to LOOSE ALL CONTROL,and say the HE - - with everything.
BUT, gave myself a good talking to, had some encouraging words from a FS buddy and i thought,i am worth all this GOOD STUFF for me, i pray GOD will make a brighter tomorrow in our lives. SOON!
GOD Bless you all,and we will get through all these new journeys life brings us here and everywhere. love ya, Brenda

Bfast- 1 egg, & sausage
coffee, 16oz.water

Lunch- Burger with 1 american cheese,cabbage salad

dinner- large toss salad
water water and more water

tredmill 30minutes(not much,but, its a start for me!)
ab lounger too
