hi to all my FS BUDDIES!!!!
Hope you are all doing well this fine, brrrrr cold saturday morning!
I am just getting over the flu, since starting with it, thursday eve at 7pm, my 16yr.old daughter started with it, at 330 that day, right after school,and -passsed it right onto me!(WE WERE UGLY SICK!!!!) I EVEN HAD A FLU SHOT,in sept/october 08 whenever it was,i had one! still managed to get this flubug, was UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW my back is hurt from laying around from being sick,i just can't win, and now cause i was sick, can't go to see my MOM-because of her low immune system, from the cancer/bm-transplant, I must stay away for awhile, was planning on going to hang out with her today and sun,not now!
well, all of you have a great day! Will be off the diet for a few days still,i am sure, do not feel up to eating, i had toast yesterday eve and this am, thats it since thursday at 5pm. May loose a pound??ha! take care, write when you have time.thanks for being my awesome fs buds,hugs to all of you!

GOOD MORNING TO ALL OF YOU!

Okay as i said here on this site yesterday, somewhere,i think it would be best if i did my treadmill/abs in the morning before i start my day,that way it "might" just get done!!!! LOL!!! HA HA HA!

SO, guess who wakes up this morning at 230am,(4am is normal time,i wake up) wide awake!!???????????????????? NOT MY DOG!!! HA! ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WTH????!!!!SO, here i am, tossed and turned,listening to my husband snore,think it was my wake-up......the snore!! OH GOSH! ANYWAY,i am up, folded towels in the dryer, made hot tea, clothes ready for work, and i am headed down to cold garage to do treadmill for sure, i think in the back of my head it was telling my body all nite to get up early-ier and get this job done!!!! SO, here i go, may get the "rush" to do this every morning,will let ya know later!
todays menu:
BF........
1 egg,2 bacon
water water water
hot tea

Lunch:
toss salad
mix veggies,water

dinner
cheesesteak salad
veggies
water

celery? for snack
have a happy day!!!!
