So this week has been successful in the weight loss department. Monday 8/22 I was up 347 due to a cheat dinner. This Monday I am down 334.2, sticking strictly to diet foods and minor movement. Atkins gives an awesome appetite suppresant if you don't indulge to the fact of not getting enough calories in my case this week. This is good and bad. Good because I'm losing, bad because I am dizzy at certain times throughout the day. But I will push through it. My son's birthday is 9/10, I plan on remaining cheat free. Then maybe I'll have a piece of b-day cake, or maybe not, we'll see.

Tried the 10minute trainer last night! Very intense, had to go sloooowwwlllyyyy... My sedentary lifestyle will gradually get moving!

Went up in weight to 345 from Sunday pancakes, now back down plus 1 lb today at 343. All is well, been following plan to the letter since 8/22!
