I am a product of the It Works Ultimate Makeover!!!!!!!

I started my Ultimate Makeover on Monday. I've been watching what I eat, making it 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones, not mixing carbs with proteins, and doing my FITWorks DVD in the morning 3-4 days a week and 30 minutes of light cardio every day. I have to say I already feel better. I have done diets before where on day 4 I'm OVER IT and just want a damned cheeseburger, but this time it's different. I'm not hungry, I don't worry about what I'm eating or not eating, I just make sensible decisions and keep taking my supplements.

I take "Its Vital", ThermoFit, Fat Fighters, Regular, Relief, New You and Confianza for my PTSD along with my anti-depressant (The doctor took me off my Anti-Anxiety because the Confianza was working enough to cancel that medication) No less than 100oz of water a day. Defining Gel morning and night and wrap once a week. It's quite a routine!!!!!

Wake up in the morning: Do my Fit Works DVD, shower, use defining gel.

Breakfast: Oatmeal. Not the pre-packaged Oatmeal. I took the scoop out of my old ProFit and use it as a measuring mark for the amount of oats. Fill it with water and microwave it. Mix in 1tsp of milled Flaxseed, 1 sliced banana and 1/4 tsp Stevia. Black Coffee. 3 "It's Vital," 2 confianza, 1 Relief, 1 New You, 1 ThermoFit.

Morning Snack: Vanilla ProFit Shake- One scoop, 3 scoops greens mixed in water.

Lunch: Iceberg lettuce. Sliced black olives. 1/2 C garbanzo beans. 1 Plum Tomato. 2-3 fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Catalina Dressing. 1 Thermo Fit.

Afternoon snack: either an apple and 10-15 raw unsalted almonds or a PBJ. I use whole grain bread, reduced sugar grape jelly, and Smart Balance peanut butter, very rich in Omega 3. One Thermo Fit.

Afternoon Cardio at the gym. Home to shower and reapply defining gel.

Dinner: 2-3 servings vegetables, either raw or frozen, not canned. Lean protein (chicken usually, sometimes tuna if it's one of the Green Giant steamable veggies) 2 Fat Fighters.

Before bed: low fat, no artificial sweetener yogurt. 1-2 Regular. 2 New You.
