Cravings
I agree with mars. My girlfriend is from Australia, so I always have Australian candy in the house (caramello Koalas and Double Coat Tim Tams anyone?) I find that putting the sweets on the top shelf so they're out of sight helps the "seefood" diet cravings. If I do want some chocolate, I'll have one or two. I usually leave about 200 calories a day open for those cravings. If I have extra calories at the end of the day, GREAT. If I have none left, oh well. I love food, and I know how to manage it now. Smile
