I think writing things down maybe the key to keep the food I eat under control. It makes a big difference if I see the list of food and their nutritional informaton on a list.
I stuck to my clean eating today, lots of veggie and fruits! Nothing came out of a "bag"!
I had a good day today, made it to my yoga class and got some good stretching exercises ... even if I couldn't do the head stand ... no upper body strenght for that. Will try again on Wednesday.
