LA Weight Loss
I joined LA Weight Loss about 18 months ago and stayed with them for about 2 months. I did lost approx. 18 lbs, but I caved under pressure to buy products. Over the last year I put it back on and have been wanting to do something and needed help.

3 weeks ago, they left me a voicemail that I could come back and pay nothing. I went that night and found that I had to buy Lites in order to stay. Ok, so I did because I actually like a few of them. Of course it was Deja Vu because here they were again trying to sell me $3,000 worth of lites. I said "come on, does anyone fall for that?" I ended up buying about $300 worth and this time I thought I'd try the vitamins. I have to admit that last year I did not take them and this time after 2 weeks I felt a lot more energy and not so hungry. It will be 3 weeks this Monday (2 more days) and I have lost 10 lbs.

They dont exactly praise you when you lose weight, but I went back with the mindset that I dont care about these women, and I need to concentrate on me!

I am about to use the Take Off again next week and maybe it will even speed things up. I'm not looking to drop all the weight at once, I know its impossible. So I will take it one week at a time. I just hate the weigh ins so close together. 3 days a week is way too much.

Is this really mandatory?
