Yeah. I massively over-ate yesterday. We're in the process of moving and there isn't a single unwrapped piece of kitchen stuff. So, restaurants it is. We hauled stuff up and down stairs all afternoon too.
I'm not happy about going over, but 1600 isn't terrible -- some people set their amount at 1600 by design. The Buffalo Wild Wings didn't sit well either.
Honestly, I think that's a good sign. It used to be that when I ate food that was terrible for me it just tasted good and I wanted more. My body has started adapting enough to healthy food that it spent the whole night kicking and screaming about the nasty stuff. It was still delicious though.
The moving truck comes tomorrow morning and then we unpack on Sunday so two more days of tummy unhappiness. I just need to minimize the impact of it as much as possible.
