Haven't been counting calories as I should. I have reached a very hard plateau. I don't believe I will be able to lose any more weight without increasing the exercise significantly. I'm happy with that. I want to find a good balance between exercising and dieting. It also seems the healthy habits we started from the diet are continuing, making it easier not to gain even when I don't officially count. So that's good.

Plateaued for a long time. Decided not to enter higher weights. Has been difficult. I need to be no higher than 215 at the end of October to be on track so I'm still doing good, but I ate away my padding (literally). Have gotten back into exercising, which is the biggest thing.

Just got back from vacation. It was impossible to stay on the diet. My family has a candy stash that is too glorious to pass up. I mostly cheated only a little, but I'm glad to be back home where I'm in a good diet rhythm. I don't think I did too much damage - I'm going to give it a couple days back before weighing myself, but I don't see any evidence of weight gain so that's a good sign. Here's hoping.

Weight loss is slowing down. Getting frustrated. I know I need to drink more water and exercise more. Mostly, need to make sure I don't quit before I'm able to get time set aside for exercise.
Also, traveling tomorrow. Hopefully will be able to stick to diet in the airport.

This weekend was a challenge... I'm entering the food now, but I'm sure I went over the calories almost every day. We were moving so I will be somewhat forgiving, but I'm going to be extra careful not to go over now that we're in the new house. I can't let a weekend become a month like I have in the past.
