Been a bad week with some kind of digestive problems going on. Whatever I ate I lost one way or the other. Slacked on exercise because being stuck on the toilet isn't a great time to do that. Today I was feeling better for real this time, thought it was done with a few days ago. Ready to get back on track, did a lot more exercise than usual today. I did not eat enough, I need to remember that not eating is going to just send my body into starvation mode.

I've been very sick with some kind of food poisoning over the last 3 or 4 days, time to get back on track. I managed to keep up on all my challenges, just fell back to sleep a lot being sick and all. Haven't weighed in yet, plan on doing it before bed tonight. I've found that stress is something that makes me want to just sit there and eat everything. Stress is unavoidable in my situation, but there are ways to manage it I suppose, just have to find them.

Went too far overboard at panda express. Didn't realize the chow mein was so awful. Next time I'll stick to two items and mixed veggies. I am also finding it hard to stick with eating 5 times a day with a busy school schedule. I will have to start bringing a lunchbox unfortunately :/

Lost another 4 pounds in one day, I think it has a lot to do with using lower sodium products and drinking a lot more water. It's probably water weight but it is still weight that's leaving my body. I'm continuing with exercise even when I'm tired, aching and just not wanting to go.
