So as many may have noticed, I have created 3 Day 10,000 step challenge on monday. (Screenshot below) I have been prepping myself these last 2 days. Its only beginning as 3 days, because exercise is a hard start up for me. and also i just simply work better on accomplishments, it keeps me going lol. and also, it has been my experience that small attainable goals work better for me to build up that workout desire. I guess that still ties into accomplishments lol.
soo...yes. sorry to drift. but the challenge begins at 3 days, upon completion and success it'll then push for 7 days 10,000 steps. then you know go forward.

ok sooo... today i woke up this morning and literally got out of bed at around 11:30, but i dressed grabbed my phone and my $1 dollar armband, and WALKED!!
I usually walk around the complex (the long way) to the street, to give me a warm up and an unbeknownst dive in because the whole time in my head im thinking God i do not want to do this. And surprisingly, it ALWAYS works. Plus i keep thinking, "i'm doing this because i do not want to be walking all day lol this is not my thing yet" so walk the long way and listen to music just get these extra steps in. they add up and they count.
so i walked up to 5below because i wanted a "fitbit" for when i do not have my phone on me tracking my steps. and omg it was on sale for $2.50. WHOOP!! WHOOP!!
walked back home after i walked in circles in the store like 3 or 4 times. which 5below is like 1/2 mile from me. but got to the apts walked the long way around again. once i stopped and checked my phone, i had already walked A WHOPPING 8,554 steps!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!! i was ELATED!!!!
so i will finish that 1000+ in a few steps at walmart while picking up some things.
so i just wanted to share how less challenging it could be with a different approach. IT'S ATTAINABLE!!
