Mornin everybody.Well hot water heater going to be installed toda. floor being torn out next week have awter restoration service doing the job I have no time and mother with compromised immunity need it done as fast as I can before it gets moldy.workouts have been fantastic really liking results.have a great day everybody stay safe healthy and strong

Good morning fat secret. well it's official floor needs to come up from laundry clean through the kitchen to much water thank goodness for insurance.Lil mountain whining about cold water I told em get a bird bath like I have been doing boil some water on the pot belly stove and get at it.Mrs.Mountain happy her floors will match going from bamboo in the kitchen to what we have throughout the house Asheville hickory.As for me upping calories worked.gaining muscle and cutting the fat little by little scale staying the same so muscle up blob down.definition really starting to show in shoulders,triceps,biceps,and pecs.Have a great day fat secret stay safe healthy and strong.
