so tired - is it because I'm starting day two of no soda? The headache is definitely there <sigh>

Did everything right (I thought) yesterday, and gained 2.5 pounds in just the one day! VERY VERY depressing. But I know I'm overall headed in the right direction so just waiting for my body to figure this out and let go of the fat! I know that they say stress can cause the weight issues and I definitely have a lot of that with work - but come on body!! Work with me!!!
Today I am going my first day of no diet soda. Drinking lots of green tea and so far, no caffeine headache. I heard the second day is the worst... oh geeze...

I was stalled at my weight even though I thought I was doing everything right. But yesterday I decided to do one thing different. I've been so busy making sure I get in my 5 cups of green tea a day I wasn't drinking my normal 64 oz of water, instead only drinking 32 oz and counting the tea towards my water intake. So yesterday I drank 64 oz plus my 5 green teas and I actually lost a pound. Maybe my body was in its stall because with me exercising so hard I wasn't putting enough fluids in? Going to try again to see if I get the same results. Of course along with watching what I eat, sodium intake, blah blah blah... it's seriously is such a mental thing to stick to this and to lose weight in a healthy manner!
