3rd day of new diet. Feeling good and successful.
Happy. Well-rested (*except for after swimming). Not too hungry and no cravings (*except for after swimming).
Didn't workout today except for some light swimming and some calisthenics. Plan on working out tomorrow morning with 90 minutes of cardio in addition to the daily calisthenics.
Tough to follow and cook with, but well worth the results.
*I have the calorie counter, exercise diary, food diary and weight tracker on my phone. It's awesome!!*
