Wow, I could have sworn that I recorded a JE yesterday, but apparently not! Things are going really well! I'm happy to say that for 2.5 days I have stayed on track! Hahah. That's usually pretty easy to do ... it starts to get hard on the 2 week mark! Yesterday I started my boot camp program and it was AWESOME! I felt like I was on biggest loser. It was an hour long and it had me working, but I loved it! I'm excited to continue that for the next 5 weeks! So as for yesterday, I got 1.5 hours of exercise ... I honestly don't think I've ever worked out that much in a day for at least 10 years! So that felt great. As for today, my hubby wanted to do lunch, so I did and I was a good girl and ordered a Chicken Salad althoug the Philly sounded awesome! The chicken salad was extremely small for the price so I was disappointed and made sure to share my concerns with management. It was 6.50 for probably half a breast of chicken, lettuce, maybe a half a pepper, 3 stips of onion, little bit of cheese and maybe 5 olives cut up. I know I am kind of a tight wad ... but if I'm going to pay $6.50 for a salad, it better be bigger than one I can get at McDonalds! Alright that's enough for venting. I'm ready to go through the rest of this day with will power and positive feelings and end it on a good note! Ta-Ta!

So, I know I'm supposed to be on Day 4, but I have decided to start today as Day #1 because it's such a perfect Day #1 - November 1st, Monday! So my goals for this week are to stay on track for what I have designated out in my menu. Last night, I took an hour to sit down and write what I would eat for the entire week! I would really like to follow it to the T and have an AWESOME W/I on Saturday! So far, so good today!

Day #3 - I walked in to WW today and just said ... Let me pay my $9 and skip the weigh in! I knew that a whole month had gone by and I didn't do anything to try and get back to my goal. However I'm here and I'm trying. Every day is a new day and I really need to stick to the commitments I've made to make myself feel better. I was however down .6 from last month ... so at least I didn't gain! Hahah Now the month of November will be the month that I get down to my goal weight! I have 1 month to lose 8 lbs! That is very do-able. This morning I made whole wheat bagels and put fat free cream cheese, turkey bacon, tomato and cucumber and served it to my children. The kids liked it and it felt really good to eat something other than the sugary cereals I have been eating lately! Alright ... well today is pretty much Halloween here in Utah, and I would like to stay away far far away from chocolate! Hahah ... that is my big goal today ... I did however have a piece ... but no more! I'll check back in tomorrow!
