I guess the closer I get to my goal, the slower the loss is. That really does not make me smile, but there is not much I can do about it. I need to move more. When I do maybe that will help! My size 2's fit, but I would like everything to be a little smoother. I will keep on pushing through!

Had a spectacular week! Traveled to see my sister and her husband and kids. Certainly not used to eating "kid friendly" food. All in all it could have been worse. I had a great time and did not derail any progress. Glad to be home but not loving the 111 degree heat!

Weigh-in: 118.0 lb

lost so far: 2.0 lb

still to go: 18.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

add comment losing 2.0 lb a week

I feel like I am doing great! My skinny clothes look nice on and I can almost button my "goal jeans" and not look like a blimp! Glad I found the old WW Point system on here. That is how I lost before!!! I have a family thing this weekend-STRESSFUL-but I am not going to let them get me down and off track!! This is for me and Z!!!
