Yeah man I hear ya! I'm new here as well. Just found the app on my phone and the more I look through the site, the more motivated I get. I just got back from WOCS at Ft. Rucker where I had lost 20 lbs. (that was two months ago). I've now gained it all back and I hate it. It's time for me to get back that motivation and shed that weight! I'm in it with you man!

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
I don't like to do the Eliptical machines. I'll do the treadmill or bike all day long, but the eliptical just makes me feel weird...lol. Besides, I spend most of my time on the free weights anyways.
