This morning at 6:45 a.m. I used the body fat scale at home. I had drank one cup of coffee, ate a biscuit, and showered. Each Tuesday morning I will repeat this with the same conditions to watch this change over time. I will avoid the scale in between times because I am focusing on weight training to increase my lean muscle mass and hopefully restore my metabolism. Also, within my daily calories I am trying to focus on correct proportions of macro-nutrients and get plenty of protein.
