My day off! A friend picked up the boys for school, my hubby is in the air so it's just me. Have had a good time watching the morning shows with my 1st cup of coffee. Now going to scramble me some eggs and maybe sit out in the rocker for my 2nd cup of coffee. Loving these cooler mornings. Will try to get some cleaning in before I pick up little one at noon :-) Hope everyone has an awesome day!

Making a big pot of homemade chicken and dumplings for my men (my husband and boys) - kept some chicken out for myself - going to make some steamed veggies and maybe some brown rice to go with it :-) Having a good day.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with Salsa on top
Lunch: ham & turkey sandwich with some lite mayo and lettuce & a banana
afternoon snack: crystalite protein smoothie with 1/2 banana & blueberries

Doing some tweeking and changing once again lol Have talked to a nutritionist and am going to change up some things - still going to stay away from sugar! Still love my atkins buddies!!! :-)
