I am girl that has lost 25 pounds through marathon training but can't seem to loose the last 15 pounds. I love my exercising but my downfall is my diet. I go out to eat and just loose it. I want to reach my goal so badly!! I love being outdoors and my escape from life is running. It is pure relaxation for me. Also, I am Italian and LOVE pasta.
