I've never been skinny but a few recent factors have really caused me a lot of weight gain in the past few years.
Quitting smoking after 40+ years, retiring and not doing my former walking are the biggest changes.
I try to diet, but I don't feel like I have the incentive I used to. I feel isolated and its hard to stick to a diet on my own.
