Changing my RDI?
Does anyone know how to change your RDI? I'm not losing any weight and need to lower it!
Thanks for the help!

Frustrated
Thanks for the advice everyone.
I will use measurements to judge progress rather than the scale.
We'll see what the doctor has to say.
And I'll definitley enter my exercises as other.
I'll give it a few more weeks until I become completely flustered!
enjoy your weekends.

Yeah, I've got an appointment with my doctor scheduled. So we shall see.
I've made my weight/and food journal public (eek!) If you can take a look at it. I literally log everything. Thanks for the advice. I have real expectations, it took me three years to put on the weight, its not gonna take me two weeks to lose it all. But I've lost weight fairly quickly in the past, thats why I'm surprised.
Thanks!

Frustrated
I'm new (ish) to the site, I've been tracking my diet for a week or so now. Its been great. I've gotten into the habit of counting everything eaten. But whats irritating, is that I've not lost any weight. I weigh myself every day. I work out 5-6 times per week. I mean I've been working out consistantly for two weeks...and I've not lost anything. I'm eating MUCH healthier, and moving tons more. So i have no idea whats going on. I'm confused about my RDI and my RMR...I'm very confused.
And super frustrated...
