Why oh why cant I keep up on excercise?! I need to do weight resistance but have to get up at 430 a.m. to do it and just cant seem to drag my butt out of bed :D Maybe tomorrow I'll try it after work....probably a bad idea since I get home around 7 p.m. I'll see what the morning brings.

Time to stop slacking on the excercise. I get enough walking in during the day..usually around 4 to 5 miles sporadically. Think I will concentrate on the basic sit ups, push ups, and dips. I am a morning person so it begins tomorrow a.m.
