Need to up my veggies...starting tm Im trying for 2 salads a day. Plus I havent been able to excercise like I was because of my knee surgery monday. Just have to plug along and get back to it when I can.

I have surgery tm so I'm going to weigh in a little early for this weeks challenge. I will try to get back to excercising as soon as I can. On the bright side...I get a couple weeks of work lol.

I have hated excercising most of my life. But now I really enjoy it. I hate the thought of not being able to do it. I have orthoscopic surgery on my knee monday. I know it could be worse but I hope recovery is quick. I just dont want to break stride right now dang it!
