So I didn't make it to the gym this morning but I am going tonight instead and still tomorrow and Sunday.
I am also giving up alcohol altogether. It's too many calories and I always want to eat really unhealthily (i.e. order pizza, chinese, etc.) when I drink. Thus, I'm done. No more as of today.
Now I just need to keep myself productive this weekend to avoid getting off track.

So I was sick for the past few days...which means no gym. Except that I actually did a Body Step class last night strongly against the recommendations of my personal trainer...oh well...it means I'm motivated right?!?!?
Anyway...I'm still on track. I had a few more cookies (and by a few I mean 4) yesterday than I would have liked, but was still on my calorie goal because I was whenever I wasn't eating a cookie and was only eating the cookies because they were fast and convenient; I had NO energy to get up and make something healthy.
Tomorrow will be my second C25K run and I'm looking forward to starting off my 1st Friday of the program going strong! Last time I did it at 4am it really made the rest of my day great; I felt motivated, energized, and healthy which was great!
Tomorrow night I know we have plans to go out for a friend's birthday to TGI Fridays...HELP! I love to drink socially and I love food so my goal is to eat before we go and just get alcohol at the bar. I feel like that's a decent compromise to getting both loads of drinks and food at the restaurant...Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated though!
Saturday and Sunday will bring more workout days! I'm looking forward to the Body Pump/Step/Combat classes [not sure which one(s) I will take] as well as to finishing my last C25K for this week! YAY!

Didn't go to the gym at 4am once again this morning. It's taking me an hour to fall asleep lately so I'm just exhausted I guess. Hopefully the fact that the C25K starts on Monday will motivate me to go! It's only three times a week that I need to do it...ugh..
Just resisted the urge to eat a cookie, though! YAY!

So I woke up AGAIN this morning to my alarm going off at 4am in order to go to the gym before work. I had it all planned out; I was going to start the couch to 5k challenge today and then do some additional cardio for an hour. I had my bag all packed and my clothes laid out...yet I woke up and just reset the alarm. I shouldn't have even been that tired because I went to bed early so that I would specifically get enough sleep to go the the gym. I really need to work on the will power to get up and go. It would only be for 3 days each week because the rest of the week I can go at night. Any suggestions for how to stay motivated?!?!?!
