For dinner last night I had one small slice of tomato and broccoli quiche and 1/4 cup of celery root soup...didn't have recipes so I don't know nutritional info :-(

So this weekend kind of ended in failure...again! GAH!
I really need to commit to not eating out and making all of my meals but it's tough. I did however, go to the gym for 3 hours on Friday, an hour class on Saturday, and plan to do 2-3 hours today. Hopefully that helps.

Fairly dissappointed in myself in the number of calories I consumed yesterday. I had a lot of exercise last night but I still feel like I failed terribly. Today and going forth I need to eat more fruits and veggies and less processed foods. Being that I'm eating 6 small meals a day, no meal should be too large. Ugh...but here's to doing AMAZING tomorrow AND this weekend!
