My blood pressure tonight, 10 pm, was 171/78, pulse 62. Terrible. So, maybe it will be better tomorrow, but it certainly has to do with my weight gain. I need to lose those ten pounds as my major goal. By actually doing what I say I'm going to do, which is intermittent fasting, keto eating, hydration with salt, and exercise. It's pretty straightforward, but I haven't been doing it. My doctor wants to talk to me soon, in three weeks. Is that enough time? Especially when we're going to Hawaii in ten days? Why ask a stupid question. I must do what I can, take action, not ask questions. Tomorrow is a fast day. A good start. Hydration with salt.

Today in order to follow my intermittent fasting and low-carb high-fat diet, I will not eat until 3 PM when I will have my breakfast, and then I will eat dinner at 6 PM. I will finish by 7 PM and then start a 42 hour fast.
Today at 3 PM I have an avocado to eat and I will make a Benedict lunch, which means smoke salmon avocado, hollandaise sauce and cooked spinach. That will give me a very healthy breakfast, not lunch. I have not figured out what dinner will be at since I am fasting tomorrow I wanted to be also low-carb in the high-fat substantial calories.

I have started losing weight again by following intermittent fasting and low carb high fat. I have made a weekly schedule to follow visually each day and during the day. I will not eat until 3pm. Yesterday I ate an hour early, not a big deal, but I have to develop the habit of being more strict. When I can, given that I have to do things with other people. When we go to Hawaii I will stick to a similar schedule, not eating breakfast, having a a late lunch, and if possible not eating until dinner. It will be more difficult to follow a keto eating pattern while at a resort, but I will make the effort.
I am feeling good again today, after several days of sluggishness and tiredness. I'm sure that's due to eating stuff that I should not. No more. I'm over 200 and I plan on finding out what my A1c is come July, which will give me the t.hree months I need to make it good. That's my only goal for this year: to get my blood sugar down to normal. When we are back on April 24 I will begin entering my food assiduously each day.
